Bay Area DKI technicians have been trained and certified by nationally-recognized restoration organizations. All of our Water Technicians have been certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). The IICRC was formed in 1972 to serve as an independent, non-profit certification body to set and promote high standards and ethics, and to advance communication and technical proficiency within the restoration industry. IICRC certification requires continuing education in order to ensure that technicians stay on the forefront of the restoration industry.
