Each of these attributes was easily recognized in the team which you sent to us. The task at hand was enormaous, in and of itself. Adding many scared, irrated, and bewildered elderly folks made the task at hand impossible, at least to this amateur. Your team, however, performed admirably during the nights and days that followed. The leadership decision making was superb, and the overall team performance, no doubt, saved a great deal of heartache and much additional cost.
